Beyond the interface.
My background combines product design, communication and technology. I work across the product lifecycle, from understanding requirements and mapping user flows to interaction design, prototyping, responsive interfaces and implementation review.
I'm particularly comfortable with complex products, the kind where business requirements, technical constraints and user needs don't always fit together. I enjoy making sense of that complexity and shaping it into something people can actually use.
